Gattaca appoints new Executive Vice President of USA operations

Specialist recruitment solutions group, Gattaca, has today announced the appointment of David Findley in the newly created position of Executive Vice President of USA operations. In this role, David is focused on building Gattaca’s presence in the US market, growing the team and client base out of the Texas offices.

With over 23 years of experience in the industry, David joins from Randstad Engineering where he worked as Senior Vice President, responsible for Sales, Field Operations and Learning & Development.

Previously, David worked at MDI Group, beginning in the recruitment team, before being promoted through Sales, Branch Management, and finally to Vice President of Sales for 14 years. He has been instrumental in the growth of both Randstad Engineering and MDI Group, leading teams effectively and raising both companies above their competitors. David will be working predominantly out of Gattaca’s US headquarters in Dallas.
