Matchtech MD promoted to the Gattaca Management Board

Specialist recruitment solutions group, Gattaca, has announced the appointment of Grahame Carter, Managing Director of their engineering brand, Matchtech, to the Gattaca Management Board, effective from 1st November.

Gattaca’s Chief Executive Officer, Brian Wilkinson, said: “Grahame’s promotion to the Management Board of Gattaca, just nine months after his appointment to Managing Director of Matchtech UK, is emblematic of the leadership value that he has instilled in the company. 

He continued: “During his 16-year career with Gattaca, Grahame has played a vital role in the success of the Group. He has built and led customer focused teams, who are a credit to both him and the business. I am confident that Grahame will accelerate our engineering growth.”

Since joining Matchtech in 2001 as a Recruitment Consultant, Grahame has also held the role of Infrastructure Operations Director and is currently Managing Director of Matchtech UK;  a role which sees him responsible for nearly 50% of the Group’s current total NFI.

In his position on the Management Board, Grahame will continue to drive and develop the Group’s engineering business in the UK, whilst providing strategic insight and support to the development of Matchtech in other geographies.

Grahame’s appointment to the Management Board shows the value that Gattaca places on growing the company’s engineering business and ensuring that the highest levels of engineering recruitment expertise permeates the entire Group, from board management level, throughout the whole company.
