Business Transformation has never been more relevant as organisations continue to fight for survival or exploit new opportunities following the impact of COVID-19. As the business world adjusts to, and recovers from the ongoing pandemic, our guest speaker David Ashcroft from the Retearn Group reflects on how organisations must create new propositions to become relevant to customers’ new expectations, new regulations and new constraints all whilst driving cost out and efficiency up. But when discretionary spend and cash is tight, where does the money to transform come from?
