Gattaca Solutions, the outsourced staffing solutions arm of Gattaca, is proud to have been shortlisted for not just one, but two 2020 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards: The Candidate Experience Award and The Best MSP/RPO to Work For.

In the words of TALiNT International (formerly Recruitment International), who run the TIARA campaign, the awards recognise “the most exemplary businesses in the global talent acquisition industry”.

Upon being shortlisted for The Candidate Experience Award, Paul King, Managing Director of Gattaca Solutions said:

“We love helping our clients enhance the experiences they offer candidates so to be recognised for the successful outcomes we bring to our clients and their candidates is very rewarding.

“In the markets we support, candidate experience is a game changing differentiator for our clients. Providing candidates with a positive experience at all stages of the recruitment process is not only the right thing to do but it also has a such positive influences on so many major business performance indicators that the clients who truly embrace it, notice nothing but benefit upon benefit."

Kerry Jones, Head of Employer Branding & Candidate Experience, added:

“Providing a great candidate experience is all about keeping candidates engaged and interested in working for your company throughout the recruitment process; from the moment they see a vacancy advert through to their first day and beyond. Whether or not candidates become employees, providing a good candidate experience will only have a positive influence on perceptions of your brand.

“To create a best-in-class candidate experience we believe in creating relevant, personalised and engaging experiences that are true to the employer brand.”

With its focus on building deeper, longer-term client partnerships, Gattaca Solutions is able to offer significant value to clients looking to improve their talent acquisition process and streamline the management of their flexible workforce.”

The Best MSP/RPO to Work For award is all about demonstrating talent solutions companies practice what they preach in the attraction, induction, development and retention of their own talent.

Reacting to the news of being finalists for this award, Paul King said:

“It’s great for Gattaca Solutions to be recognised as a top company to work for. Many companies will say that people are truly at the heart of our business but struggle to prove it. We’ve known for a long time internally that we are genuinely different, but to now have external recognition only strengthens our belief.”

Winners will be announced at the TIARA 2020 Talent Solutions Awards ceremony on 17 September 2020.
