Reward and recognition

We make it a priority to reward hard work at Gattaca and each Friday our Dallas team participates in office games for potential cash bonuses for those who have had a particularly successful week. Each team has both monthly and quarterly bonus goals that range from Friday lunch and the afternoon off, to excursions, outings and happy hours. Individual goals are also a regular occurrence with our new career pathing in place.

Christmas party

As the saying goes, everything is bigger in Texas. Our Dallas office celebrates the holiday season with an enjoyable evening out, including formal dinner and drinks. The full office gets in the spirit with desk decoration and festive attire, too. We also enable our staff to have quality time with their family, giving everyone time off between Christmas and the New Year when we shut down the office.

Socials

Every month we host a Town Hall presentation to roll out any updates for our staff, review monthly and quarterly plans, discuss business activities, and make sure our staff have the opportunity to ask any questions. The presentations that fall at the end of a quarter are typically a grander affair, and are followed by a fun social to celebrate our successes that quarter. We also have a culture committee within the Dallas office which serves as a voice for all employees to help contribute ideas, outing suggestions, and any questions, comments, or concerns they may have.
