Our head office in Whiteley, Hampshire, is where the majority of our recruitment teams and Group Support staff are located. Whiteley has been Gattaca’s home for nearly 30 years and it’s where we’ve grown and evolved, all the while priding ourselves on our family-feel culture and atmosphere.

It’s our specialist portfolio of brands that makes Gattaca different. What it’s like to work here

Development
We offer in-house training programmes, which have been developed by our experienced Learning and Development team, as well as the opportunity to complete recognised qualifications funded by Gattaca. Our training programmes include our Sales Academy, Rising Stars and High Performer programmes, as well as team leader and management development training. Socials
We enjoy the work we do but we also enjoy our time outside of work, not just with family and friends but with each other. Gattaca offers plenty of social activities to get involved in, from team lunches and team building days to office-wide ‘end of quarter’ celebrations and a Christmas party at the end of each year.
