Our Group Support teams keep Gattaca running smoothly. Whether it’s business development solving our customer’s problems or marketing telling our stories, all our Group Support employees play a vital role.

Admin - Supporting the business everyday
Our Administration team works seamlessly to support all aspects of the business, from manning our phone lines and arranging transport and accommodation to keeping our stationery supplies afloat. Interacting with candidates, clients and staff on a daily basis; they’re often the first port of call and face of the Group.
Bids & Solutions - Solving our clients’ challenges
Bids & Solutions support Gattaca and our specialist brands globally, writing formal bids, tenders and bespoke proposals to establish relationships with a range of growing businesses across the engineering and technology markets.
Business Development - Building meaningful relationships in our markets
Our Business Development team focuses on building stronger connections with customers at a strategic level. They also look to engage new customers, where we could make a positive impact to their staffing strategy and processes.
Client Solutions - Providing dedicated support to our clients
The Gattaca Client Solutions team partners with many of our largest and longest-standing clients, providing solutions that engage, attract and retain world-class talent for them.
Facilities - Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
Our Facilities team ensures our work spaces are safe and effective, maintain best practice health and safety, as well as looking after the management and maintenance of our offices.
Finance & Accounting - Making sure people get paid and the numbers add up
Our Finance and Accounting team supports the business inside and out, working across contractor payroll, credit control, management accounts and contractor support.
HR - Taking care of our people
As a people business, our HR team is a core function, looking after our staff and ensuring we’re doing all the right things to create a positive working experience.
IT - Ensuring our systems run like clockwork
Our IT team keeps us moving forwards, supporting all the technology we use across the business, from systems and websites to networks and PCs, plus advising what technology we should be investing in next to ensure our daily operations remain as efficient as possible.
Legal & Compliance - Ensuring our operations are as they should be
Our Legal & Compliance team is fundamental in ensuring we have all the tools, information and advice needed to operate as a business, working across internal and external projects.
Marketing - Sharing our stories
Our Marketing and Communications team is responsible for telling the Gattaca story and positioning our specialist brands in the market. We have professionals within brand, communications, digital and creative skill sets.
Talent Management - Finding top talent for our business
Our award-winning Talent Acquisition team (as recognised in the 2016 Recruitment International Awards) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of external and internal candidates for all our live vacancies within Gattaca, across all our international offices. The team also manages our global benefits and rewards, benchmarking our data with other organisations and working to ensure we offer our employees a unique experience when working at Gattaca.
