Having supported Gattaca’s global internal recruitment strategy for the past 7 years, Abi has gained huge amounts of hands-on hiring experience. A natural people-person Abi is keen to continue providing a personal experience to hiring managers and candidates alike in these times of remote working.
Ashton Church - RPO Solutions Director at Gattaca Solutions (part of the Gattaca group)
Ashton oversees the delivery of tailored recruitment solutions to a portfolio of key clients. Managing remote team members based at client sites and liaising with key internal stakeholders based across the UK, Ashton has a deep appreciation of how to maintain business relationships remotely. Driving continuous improvement is a big part of his role so naturally Ashton is always seeking to implement the latest best practice.
