You will work as a Delivery Consultant for our Public Sector division. We are a supplier on a number of Central Government frameworks and require a motivated and hard-working delivery consultant to join our team! We are part of every significant framework within our sector and you could be a part of this!

Our Public sector division has delivered over £1million worth of NFI last year and we are on track to deliver the same success + more this year!

Who do we need?

  • A self-starter, pro-active and driven individual
  • Highly motivated individual who displays initiative, creativity and resilience
  • A competent user of technology platforms, with the confidence and drive to use these channels to achieve metrics
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate ability to multi task, often working volume of roles
  • Ability to perform under pressure, working in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities of the role will include…

  • Development of short list/ Candidate name gathering; including networking, candidate referrals and social media.
  • Utilising the use of technology platforms, such as running a range of varied filters on our database, using LinkedIn & client portals.
  • Collaboration with consultants offering full support on candidate identification and CV acquisition.
  • Marketing the role to prospective candidates.
  • Telephone screening and/or face to face interviewing of candidates.
  • Matching candidate skills to live job vacancies for permanent and contract roles.
  • Assessing and qualifying candidates to compile shortlists.
  • Ensure all administration and data is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the company methods of operation and service to clients and candidates.
  • Pass vacancy/sales leads to Consultants
  • Generate increased cross-selling opportunities through a thorough understanding of the Group offering.
  • Delivering results aligned personal and team targets
