The Job

Being such an established name in the Defence sector for Engineering and Technology recruitment, we are seeing an increased demand from new and existing clients to support their Technology Recruitment needs. Therefore, we are investing in our team - to grow our client base and enhance our capability. Our new Sales Consultant will be pivotal in our target, acquisition, and execution of delivery across the sector.

The Position:

The role of a Sales Consultant is to focus on identifying, opening and developing new market opportunities in a proactive sales environment. This involves developing technical expertise and market awareness in line with the sector specific area. In addition, our new Sales Consultant will match and manage client and candidate expectations and be an integral part of a growing team. As well as new client acquisition, retaining existing clients and expanding business, facilitating client progression, and working closely with managers in achieving personal targets and objectives.


  • Business development of client relationships
  • Sourcing candidates for live vacancies
  • Proactively managing client and candidate pipelines
  • Building technical expertise

The Location:

This role is based out of Gattaca's HQ: Whiteley. We also have offices in Winnersh and London Bridge, and offer flexible, hybrid working.
