Contractor Care Onboarding Consultant

We have a new opportunity for someone to join our busy resourcing team on one of our major UK recruitment accounts. You will work with an existing consultant on the on-boarding process for all types of skilled trades and professionals.
With a keen eye for detail, a good telephone manner, and a strong command of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), you will be the sort of person who enjoys getting things done.
Daily tasks will include processing security clearance applications, arranging start dates, confirming inductions, resolving pay queries, creating reports and other general admin that is involved in a large volume recruitment account.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experienced user of standard office software (word processors, spreadsheets, e-mail etc.)
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritise a busy workload.
