Recruitment Consultant.

COVID-19 has ushered in a new reliance on tech, and the TMT industry is evolving with it. Our Tech team are one of the most exciting areas for growth. Having achieved 60% increase in contract, and 25% in perm last year, we have plans to grow by 50% in the next financial year- and we have the client base to do it.

As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new contract market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment. Will you be our next top biller?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
  • Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
  • Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
  • Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
