Recruitment Consultant - Mobility

With over 30 year's experience working in the industry, Gattaca's Mobility division are steeped in recruitment history when it comes to Aerospace, Automotive, and Maritime.

We've recently brought our Mobility Engineering and Technology businesses together, with aggressive growth plans which include a drive to replicate our UK success in the wider international market.

As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment. Will you be our next top biller?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
  • Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
  • Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
  • Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
