John Romero

Before joining Gattaca in 2017, I spent 15 years working across various industries in a multitude of roles. Initially I started out as a Business Analyst mapping out technical solutions for clients based on their requirements. I then transitioned into Project Management and Client Services using my business analyst skills to help ensure programmes of work were delivered to a high level of quality, on-time and on-budget for our customers. The past six years I worked as a Delivery Director at a WPP digital design agency and headed up the operations function for a tech start-up in the sporting industry. I was constantly ensuring we were delivering ahead of expectations for our clients’ solutions.

Working with high profile global organisations in the past such as Canon, HSBC, Credit Suisse, Harrods, GCHQ, MI5, NetJets, UEFA, the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) and the ECB (England Cricket Board) I understand the importance of quality and brand reputation and this is always at the forefront of my mind when overseeing change.

My role as Solutions Operations Director is to ensure we achieve operational excellence both internally and externally. This is achieved by harnessing the right people and right technology along with a robust methodology. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and we are constantly striving to grow and progress our clients at every touchpoint in our services.
