Kerry Jones, Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Services

As Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Services my role involves working closely with businesses to develop, manage and bring to life employer branding and talent attraction strategies.

I’m a chartered marketer with a Master’s in Marketing and a passion for communications led marketing. My background is predominantly within recruitment marketing. I have experience working with colleges and universities to attract students, and with some of the world’s top engineering and technology companies to attract graduate and professional staff. I’ve also gained experience working in the Marketing and Communications departments of several engineering and technology led companies. My experience has really helped me really understand some the challenges internal HR and Marketing or Communications departments’ face when trying to attract the best talent.
