Lee Hanna, Client Solutions Director
My current role is Client Solutions Director at Gattaca Solutions, overseeing operational delivery as well as building key relationships and developing continuous improvement initiatives and strategic account plans for a range of our clients.
I started my career with Matchmaker Personnel (which has since evolved into Gattaca) back in 1995 as a Trainee Consultant. I worked within the group for seven years before moving into a key on-site account management role for Lockheed Martin UK and progressing to Head of Client Services, overseeing a number of engineering and technology clients.
I returned to the Group in 2015 to oversee the newly-won Southern Water account, our flagship strategic recruitment partnership agreement, offering a total workforce solution.
Today I am responsible for a number of our key accounts which span across engineering, technology and infrastructure throughout the UK and Europe and it’s a position which has evolved over the last 18 months, giving me an exciting career development path.
Outside of work I enjoy playing squash and tennis, taking part in endurance events, swimming, and spending quality time with my family.
