I’m a degree-qualified business professional with 16 years recruitment and talent solutions experience. My experience covers multiple industry sectors including engineering, technology, life sciences, banking and FMCG.

My roles have been to deliver and continuously improve multifaceted talent solutions for small, medium and large organisations across the UK, Europe and beyond.

My guiding principle has always been focused upon bringing balance to the client and candidate experience by developing methodologies that balance cost, innovation, contractual governance and relationships within one operating model.

With the world of talent also evolving at such pace, I am a passionate believer that all of our solutions have to evolve rapidly over time and blend the needs of the external candidate talent pools, with the business success requirements of our clients.

With my role at Gattaca being to lead and oversee all of our exclusive client relationships, I am responsible for engraining this methodology within all of our client programmes and driving our client advocacy levels to an exceptional standard.

Having spent time with Gattaca in my early career as a consultant within our aerospace engineering division, I returned to the group in 2016 with a vision to blend genuine, niche candidate attraction with exquisite recruitment solutions. I passionately believe Gattaca is uniquely positioned to deliver both aspects and give a unique experience to our current and future customer base.
