With over 10 years’ experience in contract recruitment, Graham has seen a lot of change in the contracting world. Having supported public sector customers through the 2017 reforms, Graham is keen to help private sector companies maintain compliance and retain the talent they need to deliver key projects.

One of our resident legal experts, Mark provides valuable support to our UK clients around workforce legislation. A subject matter expert in IR35, Mark helps guide Gattaca, our clients and our contractors to manage the IR35 legislation.

Mark Spickett - Legal Counsel 

Alan has held senior finance positions for over 30 years, including 14 years’ experience in the staffing industry. Alan is responsible for ensuring our teams and processes for contractor pay are highly efficient for all parties, giving him a great deal of insight into the practical applications of contractor taxation. Like many of our team, Alan has been highly involved in the IR35 reforms in both the public and private sectors.

As our MD of Gattaca Solutions, Paul has over 16 years’ experience providing global talent solutions into multiple industry sectors. Paul’s role is to oversee successful relationships with our key customers, helping them cope through such changes as the IR35 reforms. Paul and his teams are well-versed in bringing fully compliant contractor MSP solutions to life for our key customers.
