High standards of corporate governance
High standards of corporate governance are fundamental to our culture and operations. It provides the framework that supports effective financial and risk management, remuneration practices, and long-term strategic planning. By ensuring clear accountability of management to the Board, and the Board to our shareholders, we enable trust, safeguard the business, and create sustainable value.
