Crisis Management & Business Continuity

Gattaca makes every effort to ensure our business is protected against risks and threats that could impact, disrupt, or interrupt our own operations or those of our clients. However, we recognise that the unexpected can and does occur, and we therefore maintain robust and agile continuity arrangements, guided by our Crisis Management policy and procedures. These arrangements are designed to protect our people, safeguard our business relationships, and ensure the continued supply of key services to our customers.
Our continuity objectives are to:
  • establish and maintain effective and realistic procedures for managing disruptive incidents;
  • maintain cost-effective resilience and damage-mitigation arrangements;
  • recover operations as rapidly as possible following any incident or circumstance that prevents an acceptable level of service; and
  • ensure the continued operation of our services while protecting the needs of our people.
Our continuity approach has been designed to prioritise the continuation of our primary activities, including fulfilment of inbound client requirements, sales and marketing, contractor onboarding, and contractor payroll.
Overall accountability for continuity planning and response rests with our Board of Directors and is overseen day-to-day by the Executive Directors and Operations Committee, led by our CEO. Our Crisis Management teams are deployed, as appropriate, depending on the severity and nature of the incident.
