Danielle Johnson - Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

After graduating from university with a Geography degree, I was unsure of where I wanted to start my career. I did know I had a bug to travel. I went to New Zealand, Malaysia and Laos after I graduated and had a fantastic time.

I came back to the UK and began working in a small recruitment company as a Resourcer. I loved the environment and really enjoyed my role. I joined Gattaca in August 2014 so I could progress my career in a bigger company.

I’m now a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and am responsible for recruiting for every position in Gattaca’s head office in Whiteley, Hampshire. I am passionate about finding great talent for the business and helping others to see the benefits of working here. Gattaca has helped me develop my skills as a recruiter and I try and share my experience of working here with candidates I speak to for our recruitment roles.  

When I am not at work, I am a keen skier and try to get out to the Alps as often as I can. When I’m not in the mountains, I enjoy running.  I love visiting new places, am passionate about food and like the occasional tipple on the weekend. All the better when all of these are combined!
