Quality standards
The group has many accreditations and we work to the most rigorous standards in the recruitment industry. We have full certification to the Quality Standard ISO 9001, to the Environmental Standard ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety.
We are a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Working to the REC Members Code of Practice, Gattaca aims to deliver the highest recruitment standards.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the services an organisation supplies.

Cyber Essentials Accredited
At Gattaca, we take cyber security seriously. That’s why all our IT systems and infrastructure are Cyber Essentials accredited, demonstrating our robust IT security capability and commitment to safeguarding our clients from cyber security threats and meeting government security standards.

OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Standard
The OHSAS specification gives requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, to enable an organisation to control its OH&S risks and improve its performance.

ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management Certification
Environmental Management Certification is an internationally recognised standard which outlines requirements and objectives allowing businesses to demonstrate sound environmental practices without having a detrimental effect on the environment.
