Helen Collins - Co-ordination Team Manager
Fresh off my return from traveling, I joined Gattaca in 2008, working as a Resourcer in the Marine team. I specialised in high volume, blue collar recruitment. After two years, I decided to make the move from Sales to Group Support, securing a position in Gattaca Solutions as an Account Coordinator working on several accounts across a variety of industries.
I now hold the position of Co-ordination Team Manager, managing teams in Whitely, London and Cape Town. Our coordination teams are an intrinsic part of our solutions delivery working collaboratively with the account management teams to ensure all of our clients’ demands are satisfied. Within this role I also manage our supply chain, on-boarding 2nd tier suppliers and managing performance. I pride myself on my ability to build excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
Outside of work my time is fulfilled running around after my three children, volunteering at the school with trips and PTA activities.
