We strive to make Gattaca a fun place to be, where our staff are rewarded for their hard work. We ensure there’s always plenty going on across the business, so there’s always something to get involved in and look forward to.  As we evolve our ways of working, with more emphasis on remote working, we are looking to adapt our social events to reflect this.

Partly the social events we arrange are just for fun but they are also a way of celebrating success. To recognise the hard work of our teams across the globe, we reward employees with team lunches, bottles of champagne and even trips abroad. Whilst travel is currently restricted, we are still recognising and sharing in successes by sending gifts and presenting employees with vouchers virtually; our length of service awards continue to recognise the contributions employees make in shaping the Group and its successes. 

We have an annual awards ceremony which are for all of our staff members to take part in and celebrate various achievements such as ‘living the values’, ‘contributor of the year’ , ‘leader of the year’ and ‘newcomer of the year’. The winners can each earn themselves money towards a holiday of their choice with a guest, and an extra day of annual leave.

As well as rewards for team-based achievements, we like rewarding our employees for their individual efforts with competitive salaries and commission options for our recruitment staff and bonus schemes. In addition, we offer a market leading benefits package, where every employee receives 0.5% of their salary annually to spend on benefits of their choice, whether that is to buy additional annual leave or top up their pension, we offer a comprehensive, flexible, award winning benefits package to support with our employees physical, financial and mental wellbeing.
