DE&S’ BUSINESS NEEDS

Following a four-year transformation programme, DE&S sought a partner to support their new talent acquisition (TA) strategy, reduce reliance on temporary workers and invest in their permanent recruitment.

Due to our strength in the defence market, Gattaca Solutions was appointed to provide a permanent workforce solution which would deliver this strategy; working closely with DE&S’ in-house TA team to support sourcing, increase process efficiencies, improve candidate care and promote their employer brand.

 

HOW WE HELPED DE&S

Our dedicated relationship management, delivery staff, process coordinators and candidate care teams provide a holistic solution for DE&S.

We work collaboratively with DE&S’ TA team to support them on a campaign-by-campaign basis, with a scalable service from fully-outsourced campaign leadership to just process coordination or candidate sourcing, enabling them to play to their strengths.

As part of our implementation, we deployed bespoke recruitment technology, delivered in-depth market insight and provided employer branding support to empower DE&S’ talent acquisition capability.

 

 

OUR RESULTS

Within the first year of partnering with DE&S, Gattaca is on track to deliver over 1,800 roles, working closely with the DE&S Recruitment Team across 9 functions. And we have already achieved some fantastic results:
